Welcome to Sunkyssed Studio. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms, conditions, and business policies.
1. Scope of Services
Sunkyssed Studio provides professional, premium rapid-set and traditional sunless airbrush spray tanning (both in-studio and mobile options) along with specialized bridal and event makeup applications.
2. Booking & Appointment Approvals
- Spray Tanning: Tanning sessions may be requested directly through our online booking calendar system. Appointments remain in a “Pending” status until manually reviewed and officially approved by our team.
- Bridal & Event Makeup: To ensure flawless coordination, bridal and event makeup services cannot be booked directly online. Clients must contact Virginia directly to verify date availability, finalize timelines, and receive custom scheduling confirmation.
3. Mobile Service Requirements
For all mobile services (Mobile Custom Tans and Mobile Premium Rapid Set Tans), clients must provide a valid, accessible service address. A member of our team will contact you via phone prior to your session to confirm the location details. Clients must provide an accessible, standard electrical outlet and adequate space for our professional mobile pop-up tent and extraction fan system.
4. Pre-Appointment Client Responsibilities
To ensure optimal application quality, a flawless streak-free result, and product longevity, clients are strictly required to adhere to the following preparation guidelines prior to arrival:
- Skin must be freshly exfoliated and shaved.
- Skin must be 100% free of deodorants, body lotions, topical oils, makeup, or perfumes.
- Clients must wear or have available loose, dark clothing to put on immediately following the session.
- Sunkyssed Studio is not liable for poor color development or streaking resulting from a failure to follow prep instructions.
5. Cancellation & Deposit Policy
Appointments are subject to strict time boundaries. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted before our designated service lockout deadlines. Specific booking deposits or fees may carry non-refundable terms depending on the specialized package or proximity to the scheduled date.
6. Image & Media Usage Rights
By participating in our beauty services or submitting transformation media, you grant Sunkyssed Studio the right to utilize anonymized or agreed-upon client results imagery in our public marketing portfolios and online gallery spaces.
